l degree certificate they said they are going to give 1 lack worth training so if employees abscond it will be a biggest loss. It applicable for developers only but they used to collect from all the employees.
location is chennai Puzhudhivakkam near velacery. No Company environment it is 2 floor house.premises is owned by company CEO.
9 Hours working but you need to work 12 hours because we gave our original certificate.
apart from our role we need to work all since they blocked us with certificate. Especially in Employees in HR department is also responsible for Directors house rent,contract for house,Office and director HOUSE AC maintenance.Directors car maintenance, provision maintenance
if you want to relieve from the company during training period they will ask entire salary what they provide.after training period they will ask for contract breaking charges.they will charge 50k to 1 Lack.
As per the law company doesn't have right to keep our original certificate they can verify it.
